Elite Print Management Shipping Information

* Free shipping offer only valid to shipments within the contiguous 48 states. No other orders outside of this region will be accepted. This method of shipping will take approximately 2-5 days for delivery.

* Free shipping offers, when available, are good for limited time only and may discontinue at anytime without notice. All confirmed orders placed before a free shipping offer ends will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time the order was placed, regardless of the ship date.

* Usually, credit card orders are shipped the same day, or the morning following the receipt of the order. All orders received after3:00 pmCentral Time Friday, and orders placed on the weekend, will be shipped Monday. Orders will be shipped when all items have been gathered.

* Orders are shipped UPS and FedEx Ground and should arrive between 1 to 5 business days from the order date. Please note that once an order leaves the warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order’s arrival. We will do everything we can to help you get your order to you fast. If you require assistance, please email customer service or call 972-689-0191.

* Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders or add to orders already placed. If you want to cancel your order please call Customer Service at 972-689-0191. Please note that we cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped, but you can return your order after you receive it by contacting Customer Service at 972-689-0191 and requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
