Return Procedure

    * Read and understand our complete return policy before you submit an RMA request

    * Contact Elite Print Management Customer Service by email or by calling 972-689-0191

    * Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the return shipping box. Please note that products returned without an RMA number will be refused and WILL NOT receive a refund or replacement. Note: RMA numbers must be obtained BEFORE you ship your product back; RMA numbers are valid for 20 days

    * Repack the product in its original packaging materials and include any accessories

          o Elite Print Management may reject the return or choose to apply additional charges against the customer for any missing components

    * For Replacements: Print and affix the return label provided by Elite Print Management

          o Elite Print Management must receive your returned product within 10 days after issuance of an RMA number or you will be charged for the replacement product shipped in advance

    * For Returns or Exchanges: Affix your own shipping label or postage

    * Allow up to 7 business days for Elite Print Management to process your returns and issue refunds where applicable
