Elite Print Management Return Policy

Elite Print Management guarantees your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your inkjet cartridge, laser toner cartridge, or printer supply purchase from Elite Print Management we will quickly replace or exchange it, or you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your Elite Print Management purchase. However, in the event that you experience any problems, we offer three options to help you resolve them quickly.

Replacements

The majority of ink and toner cartridge issues can be resolved with simple troubleshooting procedures, which can be available through contacting support@eliteprintmanagement.com.  Customer service can determine if the problem is a trouble shoot or a defective product. If it is determined that the product is defective, arrangements will be made to resolve the problem. Defective item claim process is much like a return in that your item will be returned to us via authorized RMA. Then, you will purchase a replacement item while the product is being examined by a technician who will provide a defect code to authorize the credit to your account.

Eliteprintmanagement.com offers a 30 day warranty for product replacements, limited to ink, toner, drums, and print heads.

If a hardware item is deemed defective, there is a 30 day warranty.

Office supplies are non-returnable.

All other items handled on a case by case basis.

Exchanges

Elite Print Management offers a 10 day exchange policy. As the customer, you are provided a 10 day grace to submit an exchange request with one of our customer service representatives by phone. The customer service representative will provide you an authorized RMA for return shipment. If the new product exceeds the original products price you, the customer, are responsible for the difference to be paid to Elite Print Management prior to Elite Print Management honoring the exchange. Most items are subject to a restocking fee, please consult customer service regarding those charges.

Returns

At times you may choose to return a non-defective, unopened item to Elite Print Management. Returns are accepted within 10 days from purchase. On all returns, we will refund you the price paid for the items returned less the cost of original shipping and restocking. Please consult customer service regarding restocking fees. Elite Print Management will not refund the cost associated with shipping the product on the original purchase or the cost associated with the return shipping.

We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

~Any product that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.

~Any photo paper supplies that have been opened, printed, or used.

~Any   clearance products (e.g., refurbished, new and opened box items)

Restocking fees

A restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of the customer error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Canceled Orders or Shipping Address Errors

Canceled orders must be received by telephone before 12 pm CST. Order cancellations received after 12 pm are too late to stop shipment and will incur shipping fees. Email requests to cancel orders cannot be accepted- you must phone in all cancellation requests. For refused packages or returns due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, we will refund the order total to the customer’s original form of payment, less shipping charges.
